I got to know Sami while he was taking part in our program ”together for a more colorful world”. He was a participant and taught children and youths about cultural differences with a focus on human rights. The lessons he conducted were mostly held in German and he showed excellent skills of using the language. Sami developed his language skills during the time here and learned even the tricky bits and pieces of the language even native speakers stumble over. Beside his participation in the project. I got to know Sami as a pleasant person to talk with about politics, philospohy, economy etc. He is a very good listener and is always open for feedback. It was great having him here in Germany and I’m grateful for having met Sami.
